Packing List for Trekking in Nepal

When embarking on a journey to the remote Himalayas for trekking, you need to pack carefully so that you do not miss out on anything important. The provided packing list is a general guide line and what you pack depends on your choice as well.

Porters will carry your luggage up to a maximum of 15 kg. This is also the maximum weight allowed in flights to Lukla, the trek start point for Everest Base Camp Trek.
