Walk up and down the hill in the remote for 6 to 7 hours a day requires at least 3 months of trek preparation before the trip. At least 45 minutes of aerobic activity exercises and a walk in the hills with a backpack once a week is suggested. Trek training guidelines is provided to our every guest.


4. Moderate to Demanding

Walk up and down the hill for 6 to 8 hours a day requires at least 3 months of trek preparation before the trip. This trip will involve moderate activity along with some demanding points. At least one hour of aerobic activity exercises four times a week and a walk in the hill with a backpack once a week is suggested. Trek training guidelines is provided to our every guest.


5. Demanding

Walk up and down the hill in the remote for 8 to 10 hours a day requires at least 3 months of trek preparation before the trip. At least one hour of strenuous aerobic activity exercises four times a week and a walk in the hills with a backpack once a week is suggested. Trek training guidelines is provided to our every guest.
