Frequently Asked Questions

Is a 4-day Bhutan tour enough time to see the main highlights?

Yes. This express Bhutan travel itinerary is scheduled to show you the main sites of Thimphu and Paro, including major dzongs and the Tiger's Nest hike, within a short timeframe.

How physically demanding is the Tiger's Nest hike ?

The hike takes about 4 to 5 hours round trip and climbs 900 meters above the valley floor. It is a steady uphill walk on dirt trails, so basic physical fitness helps.

What is included in the standard Bhutan tour package price?

Your booking covers all essential costs required by law, including 3-star accommodations, a certified English-speaking guide, private vehicle transfers, all meals, museum/monastery entry fees, Bhutan visa fee, and the daily Sustainable Development Fee (SDF).

What should I wear when visiting the dzongs and temples?

Bhutan enforces a strict dress code for religious sites. Men and women must wear long pants or long skirts, and long-sleeved shirts. Hats, shorts, and slippers are not allowed inside temple grounds.
